Or, as I like to call it, Awesome Muffin.
Soup diet is over, so now I’m eating normally (controlling the daily calories, of course)
This recipe makes 8 muffins (each one has about 232 kcal).
(Yes, I had just one muffin. Not really looking forward to get back all the weight I’ve lost)
140g plain flour
80g sugar (I prefer it less sweet, but you can add more sugar if you want)
20ml warm milk
2 whole eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ tsp baking powder
50g white chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Cream the butter and sugar together then slowly add the eggs and mix. Add the flour, baking powder, vanilla and stir to combine. Add the milk, cherries, and chocolate chips and stir delicately.
- Fill 8 muffin cases with the mixture and bake for about 20min (or until they get golden on top).
